Creationship^sm Art for All

Creationship^sm has proven to be a highly effective after school art program with life enhancing benefits for children of all ages. Created by Rhea Maceris, a teacher for over 15 years, it offers a safe and non-judgemental space where full expression is encouraged.

This fun and unique program focuses on exploring art with children, teens and adults.

We have witnessed incredible transformation in confidence, self-esteem, and imagination as a student comes to trust their creative abilities while experiencing artistic mediums such as charcoal, inks, pastels, acrylic paints, plaster and clay. Classes serve as a catalyst in establishing a connection between the artist's inner resources and creativity, vital for one's wholeness.

Life lessons are a natural part of learning. Our philosophy, "there are no mistakes only creative opportunities", teaches one to relax and appreciate the process of creating with less focus on the end product. In addition, emphasizing an approach of ‘sharing ideas’ develops social skills and fosters cooperation.

The teaching approach begins with simple techniques and evolves to more advanced ones, matching the artist's confidence level. Instructors are highly trained and continue to attend on-going trainings for support and guidance to insure a “nurturing space” for creative freedom.
